On 1 July 1984, Dick Johnson crossed the Adelaide Motorcraft 100 finish line in his now iconic No. 17 Greens’-Tuf Ford Falcon XE (painted in honour of Ross Palmer’s latest steel product), securing his third Australian Touring Car Championship win. The win gave Ford its first and last ATCC win under the Group C regulations.

About This Product:

This two-sided metal medallion is one of four medallions to be produced, celebrating the anniversaries of milestones in Dick Johnson's career that fall in 2024. This medallion celebrates the 40th anniversary of Dick Johnson’s 1984 Australian Touring Car Championship win, driving the No. 17 Ford Falcon XE. An illustration by Tristan Groves of Dick Johnson’s No. 17 Ford Falcon XE on one side, with information about the milestone featured on the other.

Measuring 50mm in diameter and 3mm thick, the medallion comes in a blue velvet box featuring a specially designed 2024 anniversary medallion logo to provide the perfect level of protection over time.
