Refund policy

Exchanges and refunds
All sales are final. Items will only be refunded or replaced if they are defective or damaged. If you receive a damaged or defective item, send us an email at admin@formula.com.au within 24 hours of receiving it, including evidence of defect or damage.

All apparel is custom printed for each individual order and each product's size measurement details should be carefully checked on the product page as these items cannot be swapped, exchanged or refunded except if defective or damaged. 

Change of Mind
Due to the custom nature of each item we sell, we aren’t able to offer exchanges or refunds due to change of mind. ‘Change of Mind’ includes, but is not limited to:

  • Customer prefers another sizing
  • Customer ordered the wrong colour or design
Shipping
All orders, including custom or bespoke orders, will be shipped within 2 - 14 working days unless otherwise noted.
